We are often engaged as the overall project manager for large complex projects where various contractors/ subcontractors/ vendors/ agencies are involved and multiple activities need to be integrated to ensure the overall success of the project. Project management services include developing project execution plans, detailed schedules, cost forecasts/ controls, progress tracking & reporting, Coordination between consultants, vendors, contractors etc and the integration of design, engineering, procurement, logisticsand construction efforts.

As PMC, we provide management advice/guidance to clients in defining scope of and interfaces between various agencies, value addition, cost saving by review of design deliverable/working drawing delivered for execution of project.  We carry out tendering activities including evaluation/award etc. and take full responsibility for the overall co-ordination and integration of responsibilities of all agencies engaged in the implementation of the project. With focus on Quality and Safety, our Project Management & Construction Management teams endeavour timely project completion.

PRIME CONSULTANTS has the technical expertise and depth of experience to critically review and provide value engineering enhancements on Detailed Engineering deliverables. The services rendered by PRIME CONSULTANTS in the above disciplines include review of all engineering deliverables such as conceptual design, FEED, detailed engineering drawings & documents, Technical Procurement Specifications, Vendor Drawings, Field Engineering, As-Built Documentation etc.  

Facility Audit:  As part of its value engineering initiatives, Prime undertakes Facility Audit of all types of installations including Residential, Commercial and Industrial. This includes technical audit of existing installations as well as handing over audit of new installations. The audit will cover statutory requirements as well as user perspective including compliance to specifications, completeness of documentation, operation/maintenance manuals/instructions, ease of maintenance etc.
